Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a one-on-one program in which men who have sex with men (MSM) have a chance to freely discuss sex, sexual health, relationships, and any other topics they feel are related to living one’s sex life and achieving the SexUWant. MI is a well-recognized personal development approach in counselling. The process respects the needs of the individual, moves at their pace and reinforces their strengths. It helps determine what goals you want in sex and life and how to move forwards to achieving them.
The sessions are delivered a member of the Education & Outreach staff. The program is free to all MSM. It starts whenever you are ready to commit to one 45-60 minute session per week for 4 weeks.
MI recruitment will begin in May 2017.
